Monthly release matches revenue to the period in which the subscriber has access to the platform. At year-end, if all 12 months have been released, the deferred revenue balance is zero.

(3) Subscription count validation — reconcile the number of active subscriptions in the system against the deferred revenue balance; the per-subscriber deferred amount should be consistent with the contracted monthly fee.
